Nevada board recommends money to implement medical marijuana tax

CARSON CITY, Nevada — A request by the Department of Taxation for money to set up the collection of taxes imposed on medical marijuana has been approved by a state panel. The Board of Examiners on Tuesday approved $529,000 for the effort.
